      Pros

      I have been with FANUC for more than 10 years and it has been a rewarding experience. As with all companies there are ups and downs but they have been a very steady and reliable employer. There are many opportunities to learn new skills and opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Sometimes communication from a corporate level is slow to get to the field areas but it is a something that is recognized and constantly addressed for improvement.

      Pros

      Incredible company to be a part of. Treats employees with respect. Long term employees as they have great management that manages and stays fully aware of environment. Great challenging environment.

      Cons

      I was there during a bad time in the industry and there were furloughs. Outside of this one incident, I believe the company does everything to keep employees employed and happy.
