      Parent company profile is good. Freshers can learn new technologies and existing complex business systems in .Net Web apps,CRM,SQL Server

      Cons

      Terrible company for IT ppl Sr.Mgmt will treat employees as labors They hold hike or salary of the emp for one year ..after appraisal cycle hike will be given after 11 months as arrears always Project manager has zero technical knowledge always run behind mgmt

      it is a good place to work at unless you get contracted. it usually takes a half a year to get a direct hire.

      Cons

      it is usually only available through a contract company and not direct hire unless you have been there for quite a while
