Pros

Most people are friendly. Tater Tots in the Cafe for less than $1.

Cons

- Very old fashioned work culture which is surprising considering they build robots. - Many of the employees are close to retirement. - Technology is dated (check out the filing cabinets!) - Short staffed resulting in long working hours. - Not an attractive company for Millennials to work. - Dour old fashioned office space with rows of cubeical cells. - Health insurance coverage not very good. - Women treated as lackeys (see old fashioned culture) - Very thrifty with money.
