Pros

They pays three times more than average for Japanese Engineer. Also, they offers a lot of welfare like apartment, Gym and pension. You should be rich before you retire. Their product is high quality and sophisticated. You can grow as a cutting edge engineer.

Cons

They follows typical Japanese way of working. How they decided is so slow and not logical sometimes. Working time is so long that they offers dinner break for employees. You may lose time for yourself and your family.

Pros

Good work ethics. Emphasis on documentation of everything, which gives a really good foundation for organised working. Pretty good annual bonuses.

Cons

Demanding work environment. Life outside work is difficult to come by. Passively expected and encouraged to clock in long hours without fruitful outcomes.
