      Pros

      Fanuc robots are good. Employment is not.

      Cons

      Good and intelligent people are employed but treated unfairly and tortured by age old practices, cultural bias, lies and bad behaviour, they gas light colleagues and make life miserable for bright individuals who successfully perform in bigger organizations. Typical govt. run organization of the 50s era. Senior Most HR daddies sitting are underqualified for their jobs and are far from human.
