- Long hours, overtime is 50% pay instead of 150% like most jobs - Very little respect given to the sales team as they are expected to do all of the dirty work for the organization - Unrealistic expectations and goals used to fear monger and fire staff, so constant turnover - Sales management actively competes with and undercuts subordinates - Little direction or conviction to sales plans so everything can change on a dime without warning
