Kris Katseanes is an excellent leader for the sales team. I walked in to this position with zero experience and I feel that a lot of the things I learned from this role equipped me to be successful at the role I have today. For interns and young college grads, you will likely make lifelong friends. The sales team a few years ago was extremely close and we had a blast working together- this experience alone I would not trade.

Cons

The compensation is completely unrealistic. Do not expect to be financially independent as an entry level sales rep. If you have the means, do this job for the work experience but no other reason.
