Little oversight from managers, little to no direction given. People there are nice, but did not apply for role though.

Great working in sports. Good people for the most part. Leadership was pretty solid as well.

Cons

Worst pay ever. Might as well work in fast food. Commissions were always miscalculated, and the amounts were never very significant in the first place.
