      Good company but too many managers and too little doers

      Good culture & people with high autonomy and space to perform

      Cons

      Nothing much really, either you like or not like the culture. Personally find the middle management too inflated and upper management might not always be connected to the ground.

      Great entry level job to learn the ropes of the industry

      Pros

      The people made the job. It was a great job to learn the ropes of event coordination and dipping toes in all different industries and fields. Worked on a variety of different type of events which was great to get experience.

      Cons

      Underpaid and over worked. The salary should be higher for NYC employees with cost of living being so high. Micromanaged by upper management and did not find big areas for growth professionally.
