Pros

Depending on the accounts, the pay is great as there is uncapped commission.

Cons

Many changes. Lots of One Best Way which means one specific person decides the best way for each team to conduct business regardless of the type of accounts they have. It's becoming more and more like a call center than an agency that gives you perks for building clientele and providing excellent customer service.
