Healthy Work Style, Free Drinks on Fridays Month end Lunch at Office. Uncapped Incentives for Operations and After hours Open for discussion at anytime.

Cons

Indians are the majority staff, they talk in Hindi and expect you to understand what they say, typical Indian ways of talking and poor decision making strategies. Corporate clients are being handled in retail processes, Excessive work and no work life balance for after hours teams. Too many meetings and no productive discussion no matter what is proposed to improve work. Feels like manual labour since all ticket issuances and reporting are done manually.
