      Pros

      They know how to play hard and let down the hair when it is time to celebrate the win. Team party, events. Team spirit is also very strong.

      Cons

      Depend on your boss. Favouritism is quite obvious at time. Sometime appreciation and recognition can be overlook when you are not your boss fav. Sometime hard work will not give you the expected results.

      - Low/no power distance (every one is treated as unique individuals, with dignity and respect) - Very strong core team at the top that leads with respect - Every employee is heard - Huge respecter of peoples time (meetings start and end on time) - Very collaborative between teams (Ops support and management endorsement is high)

      Cons

      Hardly anything bad about FCM.
