      Nice people, salary is ok, nice office

      Cons

      Return to work policy is old fashioned and archaic, changed the goalpost from 3 days to 5 days in office with limited flexibility. No pay increase despite inflation and now additional cost of coming back to office. Management tell people to be in office 5 days but are rarely visible.
