If you're lucky you'll establish some great friendships in your immediate office. No cap on earning potential. Free Travel for company events with option to extend if you can get time off approved.

Cons

Desperation for clients often lead to securing business that resulted in operations getting the short end of the stick. Unrealistic expectations sold to clients and pushed onto staff. Expanded hours, unpredictable shifts changes, and leadership takeaway from work-life balance and a big change in company culture
