No room for growth within the company Lack of communication by managers. Everyone tells you something different when you try to get a straight answer CEO does not live up to promises he makes, and provides minimal clarity on his vision for the company. Likes beating around the bush Be prepared to do the work of three people but only get paid less than half the value of one
