Upper management is too secretive. Employees are expected to be in office 3 days a week even when work can be done remotely which I expect hybrid work to be phased out completely (decisions made by execs who themselves are not actually in the office often). Not every employee has a designated desk/cubicle in their newly renovated Oakville office. Regional offices are treated as second class. Their Tech is old, too many manual processes. Tough times for the company's industry so tons of people have been let go which means the one thing I valued (job security) no longer exists.

They ask for employee feedback but do nothing with it. I tried to move twice to two different departments due to boredom and was completely ignored. They tried to keep me in the position because I was good at it, however, I was not growing.
