Working at FCT

Pros

Work from home during pandemic. Monday to Friday workdays. Bonuses are given on an annual basis. There is not too many pros.

Cons

It's a call centre environment. The company does not listen to its employees. They put out 2 surveys a year to win a great place to work awards. We worked from home 1 day a week pre-pandemic and now as the variant continues to rise our arrangements are now null and void and back to work 4 days a week.

Company is big eyes and often make misleading claims that cause a lot of issues down the road for the client and themselves. Sales Team is not honest. And Existing clients projects can take years, if ever, to complete.
