Amazing place to work and grow

Pros

FCT has amazing work conditions and good work life balance. The work culture there is probably one of the reasons FCT wins top 50 workplaces in Canada almost every year. The way your are treated by superiors is great, could’nt complain. The Title Officer position would be great for anyone who don’t posess any particular education, or just love customer service and want to grow within the company with a decent starting salary starting off as a Title Officer.

Cons

Customer service can get a bit intense sometimes, but it is manageable and get’s better with time.

Flexible hours. Good benefits, cafeteria, Good business vision from CEO and upper management

Cons

Overwhelming work load. Too much OT eats your family time. Pay is not competitive.
