Underpaid and yearly raises not guaranteed Upper management/executives are tone-deaf Too many executives that are overpaid Bare bones training/blind leading the blind Minimal opportunity for growth Favouritism Hiring less and less competent people with less and less qualifications just to get warm bodies in the door Toxic team environments
