Pros

Rrsp matching, paid medical benefits, short term disability, LTD, deferred profit sharing plan. Most staff are wonderful and want to be part of positive change.

Cons

They will work you like a dog and don’t care. Revenue is their only true focus. If you don’t agree with the Senior Mgmt., watch out as your job is likely in jeopardy.
