      Pros

      Flexible work, autonomy, and easy environment to work in. Good p&l payout and lots of leverage is given

      Cons

      No real management to speak of. Expensive to trade certain products vs the rest of the market. Ability to take risk is difficult when trading is not going well.

      Great people, not bad benefits, nice office, sometimes fun activities outside of work

      Cons

      Some managers play favorites, the IT group has undergone negative management changes recently... seems good people are leaving

      A company that stays true to it's corporate values.

      Any con I can think of is a challenge that virtually every company encounters but FCT keeps improving and continues to focus on making it a great place to work.
