Pros

They definitely give you a foot in the door. Honestly a great starting point for a career in tech.

Cons

2 Year contract, although you are made aware ahead of time. Pay could be better but it comes with the nature of the job. They take a cut out of your salary as repayment for their training.

Pros

You will get a job with a great company. The trainers will motivate you to be your best. They treat contracted employees the same as full time employees. You get full benefits and PTO. There is great guidance and leadership. Lots of useful training that will come in handy, one way or another.

Cons

Low pay. Limited choice to where you get contracted. You will have options to choose from but ultimately you are placed where you get the first offer from. Personally, I received minimal training relative to what my contracting role required. Aside from that, I did learn a lot that helped me be successful in the workplace.
