Pros

Very good way to begin a career. Training isn't to practionner level but enough to give you the knowledge to carry out the job at a basic level if motivated.

Cons

Not a lot of support once you are through with the training, although this is improving drastically but currently it's one of the cons for me.

The accounts manager is great in singapore side. They provide training which is beneficial for developer roles.

Cons

The training is very pack. Would advise people to join with prior lesson.
