      FDM Group as a whole is diverse and caring. The staff genuinely cares and will do what it takes to help you succeed in launching your career. If you have a desire to be in the IT field, FDM gives you that chance to get your foot in the door and work with big name businesses that you otherwise may not get into. The business model is unique in a way that you get extensive training that will shape you into the IT person you aspire to be, carrying on those skills with you. The fact that training is paid is a plus! All around a very professional company that cares about their people.
