Colleagues are nice and provides support in every way needed. Really good way to receive a skill in software engineering through paid training and eventually be working in a blue chip company. Salary is also good for a fresh graduate (after training phase).

Training is fine, trainers do care about trainees, some of the trainers are with brilliant experiences. Relationships between trainees are strong that we share everything to each others, most of the trainees are of the similar age. Half paid during training, which is acceptable that you still get paid while learning; Full paid during placement with client, the salary is relatively competitive in HK, thats why it attracts people like fresh grads or even graduates with 1-2 work exp to join. Placements in HK are decent, mainly banks, the experience is valuable.
