      Pros

      It's a great entry-level company The Grad Programme is good - if you're applying for that programme, it's fine

      Cons

      Recruiters have little to no training This is a "con" - but the company is heavily corporate and has no real innovation within their workplace practice. If you want a corporate employer that is "the norm", FDM fits the bill.

I have introduced new training for recruitment and a more solid structure for the department. We recently held a 2 day development conference in London for all UK recruiters to focus on internal development.       FDM is a company that cares more about the money than it does it's employers.

      Pros

      The good thing that comes out of FDM is the connections and contracts they have. Also some of the trainers do care about giving you a good education so you are prepared for the workforce.

      Cons

      -Pay is horrible -No Training while on site - They always mess up your check so you have to constantly make sure you getting paid correctly
