      This is a great company to get your foot in the door. If you work hard and stay focused you can really gain important market experience.

      Cons

      You have to give a 2 year commitment to them or pay a fine if you decide to quit.

      Get paid very little compared to the average for the industry and level of experience. Little contact to the company outside of your placement.
