      Pay is pretty crappy for programmers. Take the time and look around for a better job

      Pros

      - Friendly staff - Paid training (includes certification depending on what pathway you're on) - 2 year bond (guaranteed job, some may not see a 2 year bond as a good thing) - LSE listed company (reputable compared to some other 'IT Solutions Providers')

      Cons

      - Some trainees don't get placed, so they get 'left behind' upon completion of their training. While they still receive the training wage, they are 'stuck' as they are unable to seek out their own jobs (dependent on account managers trying to 'sell' trainees to clients) - Different clients have different demands, so it's hard to predict what kind of expectations clients have of trainees when placed.
