      Great entry point to elite finance, but pay is low

      Pros

      Good way to get your foot in the door in elite financial institutions. Your success is dependent on how hard you work. Management will notice the hard workers and put you in front of more competitive desirable employers. Benefits are very good.

      Cons

      The pay is unfortunate. If you have friends/family in expensive areas where there are lots of employers, that'll equate to more higher quality opportunities. Relocation can be tricky. They'll give limited reimbursement and a bonus (that gets taxed), be good at planning, because the assistance isn't generous. Leaving the company early can lead to financial consequences--they can sue you for the training costs--which can be scary to imagine if you don't get placed.

      They do what they promise, train and try to place you with clients.

      Cons

      They don’t always have the jobs available. The training was moving toward recordings instead of individual trainers so losing that personal touch.

      There really isn't much here to put in the pros column.

      Cons

      Their "training" is forcing you to watch linkedin learning and then using their test as your exam. The 2 year contract is BRUTAL and the pay is barely liveable. So many consultants get let go because sales generates so few possibilities. Go anywhere else.
