      Pros

      It is a wonderful work environment. Trainers really do care about you and ensure that you will succeed. They are very helpful and are always making sure you understand the material. The material taught at FDM are very useful and practical for the IT industry. FDM definitely knows how to prepare you for your client.

      Cons

      You do not get paid during training. You get paid on your first day when you are on-site of the client you are placed with.

      Can find a role within some good companies if you have the funds to get through

      Cons

      I was told in the contract discussion that training would be approximately 3 months, so I budgeted accordingly. What was unclear was that I would remain unpaid beyond this until they find a placement, and nobody ever tells me or anyone else what's going on.
