      Pros

      There is an opportunity to travel and work in different offices around the world. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Management recognises your hard work. Each office and various departments work very well together - there is no 'them and us' culture! There are firmwide socials. Unique business model which makes for an interesting and different place to work. Opportunity for growth and development in your career. Hard work is rewarded and you are recognised and respected by all employees in the company.

      Cons

      I cannot think of a 'con' as FDM has taught me a lot and I really enjoy comming to work every day!

      Pros

      There are plenty of other people in the same boat as you Free sandwiches at lunch time

      Cons

      (as mentioned by others, comments I agree with) Very high risk - You have to train for 3 months and then wait for upto 3 months for a job. You can only leave if no job is found after 6 months & still have to go in every day for no money Lack of respect for people An overall negative environment to be in Training staff donot train but more or less "facilitate" You can learn everything taught at home because they're going to tell you to google it anyway. The amount worth of the services are surplussed, it is no where near the amount people can be fined

      Pros

      FDM gave me the chance to start a great career in Marketing and Communication in Germany and I really enjoy working with a young, dynamic and international team that managed to make FDM the eleventh fastest growing company in Europe! The cross-border teamwork makes my job great every day! Thank you FDM!

      Cons

      There is nothing I don't like about FDM! The Marketing team in the UK makes me feel great. Regular video conferences, phone calls and all the trips to Brighton and London make me feel like being there every day!
