I was an internal employee with FDM. Very unorganized. Toxic work environment. Higher ups talk badly about employees. Favoritism. Management does not care about your feelings, wants, or needs. If you care about your mental health at all, please avoid this company. I would never recommend FDM to anyone. Not one person deserves to be treated so poorly. I have lost many nights of sleep and stressed too much about this company and how I was treated. I have never been so unhappy in my life. FDM does not value their employees. The company only cares about making money and that’s it. People are constantly quitting when they realize how terribly of an environment FDM offers. If you are a trainee/consultant, you are just seen as dollar signs to most Account Managers. They don’t care about your preferences and will place you in a role regardless if you like it or not.
