Racist company

Pros

Not enough good people to quiet the racist ones in leadership.

Cons

FFP is racism starting from the top with leadership and then into management. Leadership is all caucasian men. People of color have no room for advance. Leadership pays themselves well and the rest of us are told were not doing enough and paid crap. Black employees face discrimination, promotion denials, unequal pay, and hostile work environment. The way you are treated depend on the color of your skin. And if you speak up and push back your shown the door. Ask them about the discrimnation lawsuit.
