      Pros

      Honestly, I enjoyed my time at FGF and keep in touch with a number of former employees whether in the office or on the plant floor. Coming out of school it was a fast paced and fun office experience with great potential.. The owners are great and have the right attitude. Lots of focus on personal development.

      Cons

      There is a huge disconnect between the middle management and the employees. Also, yelling and screaming demands does not help any situation. When I was there, I barely saw my actual management and most was governed by abusive plant managers. Turnover rate is high in the office, let alone on the floor. Many of which are let go without reason or explanation.

      Dysfunctional management. Most of the positive reviews you see here are by the HR, Plant Managers or CI leads. Owners are good people. Management has decent people but some really embarrassing leaders and mentality that they just live with. Seems like the trend in plant management is you need to curse and belittle your people. The old Ormont manager was shuffled and he was an excellent leader. Don't believe the kool aid you see on these reviews. As any one of the 15 office turnover that's happened in the last 16 months.
