I have been here a number of years and this company continues to improve and grow by taking on more clients and team members. FHC is changing processes and the way we operate as a company focused in the accounts receivable space setting the standard for other companies. While not everything works perfectly, there is an honest attempt to try and fix things that need improvement.

Cons

This is not always possible every time (due to changing forces in the market) but the fact the company acknowledges that we need to move forward ty doing the right thing for the customers regardless of the circumstances. Sometimes, it's hard to move in that direction if you're inclined to do the opposite.
