Thank you for your feedback. From the reported numbers, it seems as this was an interview with another company. We do indeed value our salesforce and they earn very competitive bonuses and commissions as a result. Without them, we would not be able to be a $150 million dollar company in Florida alone.

I am happily committed to Florida Home Improvement for nearly 9 years. Each one has been more rewarding than the next. I've worked for a number of companies and FHIA undeniably stands above them all. If an individual desires to expand themselves and their horizon we offer that opportunity to become a complete well rounded "YOU"... Come GROW US!!

Cons

Ummmm...NONE. if a person seeks to blame for fault or failure then "look in the mirror" just maybe you'll find you didn't give yourself the chance to become who you should be
