      I have worked for the company for 6yrs. I have a great Manager,Great Benefits, this company really looks out for the people who work hard and are dedicated to their jobs. I love that I get to meet new people every day. I consider most of the people I work with as my Family

      Cons

      As with any Job there are good and bad the hardest part is being on your feet all day

      I started with this company at entry level just to get a paycheck, never expected 2 years later to earn the income I do.

      Pros

      I like working here because I am responsible for my work 100%. FHIA gives employees the freedom to essentially become their own boss. They they compensate very fairly as well!

      Florida can be mildy warm
