Pros

There are pockets of good people throughout the company and some good managers on the business side, but executive leadership has misguided direction and the new IT management is highly destructive.

Cons

IT management is horrible with favoritism and bullying occurring at every level from CBTO down to middle management. Completely inappropriate and demoralizing behavior.

Poor compensation and job growth. Poor revenue generating strategy compared to other FHLB banks. Fair leadership and vision
