Great office and co-workers. Working remote during COVID but returning to Hybird work schedule 3 days in office.

Cons

Commute downtown isn't ideal but they provide you with free parking in adjoining lot

The majority of the people are great to work with.

Cons

The amount of process they have put into each project is overwhelming. They are so risk adverse nothing reasonable can be done. They expect zero defects on projects. If one thing isn’t perfect it is a huge issue and all projects need to add additional safe guards to make sure it never happens again.

We believe in building a strong risk culture so we can manage the risk in our work – instead of letting the risk manage us.
