Pros

Great benefits. Free coffee and tea.

Cons

No longer flexible and work life friendly. Enormous amount of focus on swipes (for salaried employees). HR is not trusted. ET is indecisive. Reorganization and changing department names without any real changes and do it often. Create more high level management positions without developing within. Layoff people then create new roles the next day. Employee morale is low. Fluff and photo ops to pretend it isn’t or ET just doesn’t care. Return to office is going to make a bad environment worse. Too much reliance on consultants.

Pros

Beautiful location, good pay, decent benefits, most people were great to work with

Cons

Unfortunately worked with/for the biggest micro-managing person there. People walked on eggshells around the exec and communication style was horrible at best.
