The majority of the people are very friendly and easy to get along with. Gives you a look at an interesting part of finance not many people understand

Cons

Intern program was pretty unorganized No steady work flow, some weeks were really busy while others were dead Was not much of a "rotational" program as they had described it

Its highly unlikely the company will ever fold as its government sponsored. Also the people are generally pretty friendly and easy to get along with.

Cons

Some of the lifers or people who have been here for many years are resistant to change. Although many of them have left the company, they still have the ability to drag us down.
