Overall it is a good Company to work for a short period of time Benefits are good Office food Good tech stack

Cons

Favouritism is there across in case of promotions. India they don't give flexibility in the name of flexibility. India needs to flexible like morning to night and don't get paid for it. Bad work life balance. Lot of organisational changes
