      Avoid this company! They have deceptive hiring practices. They employ a contract to hire strategy without good intent.

      Pros

      Lots of Travel opportunities and Trip to Financial Clients world wide.

      Cons

      Poor Senior and Middle Management. Only one thing matters at FICO, the bottom line. FICO does not properly invest in their employees and the senior and middle management lack leadership and management training. This results in poor overall morale, upset clients, declining client base and high employee dissatisfaction and lowest morale I have seen in any company or client.

      Cons

      As persons enter to director position or above, the politics and behaviors change to support Quarterly revenue objectives thus limiting the ability to provide true talent management and growth opportunities.
