      Good people, inconsistent titles and compensation

      Pros

      The work environment is great, good flexibility, very nice people to work with globally.

      Cons

      Titles don't mean much, and promotion criteria are wildly different depending on team and senior leader. If you receive RSUs, it's a positive ball-and-chain to leaving due to stock value, but that only holds for so long.
