Job security, they won’t fire you. Because they won’t get cheap labour.

Cons

Legacy tech stack. Poor management. Dumb seniors are playing monopoly. Less salary and they will give double digit hike well it’s trick. Dirty office politics. Only manager and freshers you will get in the company. Not good for mid level people.
