You will have chances to work with different teams which are located in different regions/countries. Those teams have different skills and business requirements.

Cons

Management at some point is a mess. You will not get enough opportunities to talk to management leave. Not enough chances to get promoted. Strange work and life balance. Work culture is very limited.
