Culture is poor. Management talks about the need to improve culture, but doesn't take real action to make culture better. Various internal departments are territorial with lots of in-fighting, making it hard to get things done. No ESPP or stock options. Executives talk about how well the stock is performing, but employees don't care because they don't own stock in the company.
