Progressive work culture with lots of flexibility. There is little managerial overhead, you can get your opinions heard directly at the highest level easily. Present work being done is on the cutting edge of cloud technology.
Cons
Lack of proper learning resources and procedures, especially for new employees. Knowledge is not shared unless asked for.
