Management is weak. Executive management even weaker with little connection to the worker bees. Expectations are very high but compensation is low and benefits extremely poor. No real incentives, no opportunities to move up and on, no guidance or even input from management with regards to career path. No training and don't always have what one needs to do the job. No choices either. Sad, what used to be a fairly decent company has really abandoned its employees with the attitude 'don't like get out'.

Poor compensation, a greedy higher management, company stocks increasing every quarter, yet no rewards for even the high performers.
