      Pros

      - decent salary compared to other agencies but you must negotiate for it. They will try to lowball you. - dogs in the office - free food for various lunch meetings. There are always leftovers from other teams and they share & summer, holiday parties

      Cons

      - terrible benefits - the health insurance cost is ridiculous - awful office location and antiquated office design - cut throat and not supportive

      Pros

      Great benefits. Easy commute to office for me. Interesting accounts and phenomenal clients. Support staff on 3rd floor and Office Services very helpful. Pay is decent but not extraordinary and could easily make more elsewhere doing the same work.

      Cons

      I like my coworkers but the lack of support from upper management is bewildering. Old school senior managers that have prejudices and should do their job instead of watching others. I don't need babysitting and nobody does because we all work hard.
